Maps that come with Magellan 2200T

I recently purchased a 2200T and have found that the maps are out of date. I noticed that roads that are newer then 2 years are not on the map. Is there a place I can get up-to-date maps?

Bump. I am bumping this so

I noticed the exact same

I noticed the exact same thing. From what I understand you can only update the maps through downloads from Magellan. Go figure. I checked with NAVTEQ just like Magellan suggested and they have all the addresses that I was looking for and that are missing in my 2200T.
It's either waiting for a mapupdate or getting rid of the darn thing.

And the 2200T is gone. After

And the 2200T is gone. After noticing that it didn't contain streets that have been here for over 2 years I came to the conclusion it's time for it to go. So I upgraded to a Garmin nuvi 360 and I love it. Most of the streets are included and everybody I talked to said that Garmin is faster with map updates.

so... anyway to update?

So, does anyone know of a way to add POIs or update the maps any other way?

No updates yet

Looks like we are at the mercy of Magellan to upgrade the maps. Even adding POIs seems a pain. You have to use their interface which only seems to let you add one POI at a time.
Oh well.
Still this is a nice GPS for the cost.

Adding multiple POI's is easy

The user manual explains how to upload a POI file and also says that it supports many file formats. See page 35 for details.

magellans are poor quality

magellans are poor quality and mapping updates are too expensive.
