OK, I am a newbie!
I have the need to create a route for different houses that I need to go to, I would like to input my starting location and my desired ending location and have the system rout me the most efficiet way. Is there are way to do this?

The unit will route based on the preferences you set. You can choose from "Fastest" or "Shortest". In theory, Fastest would be the most efficient, but it might not be. It won't know the "best" route. It only is performing a mathematical calculation.

Now, when I read the beginning of your post, I thought you were going to ask if you could input all the houses and have the unit optimize the route. If that's what you are asking, you can't do that with your unit. You would need a unit that supports the Traveling Salesman Problem or multi-point routing.
