DIFFERENCES GARMIN NUVI 760 680 AND 670 HELP

I visited garmin, but didnt found what is newest, what receiver have inside 760 and exactly what is better from 760, 670 and 680. I wish know this, i m newbie, thanksssssssss

Well you are asking at the right time of year... if you can hold off for just a few weeks.

It is very normal as January rolls around to have the consumer electronics industry announce the lastest greatest stuff. Last year during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) www.cesweb.org in Las Vegas where over one hundred thousand are in attendance Garmin announced the nuvi 680 with Microsoft MSN Direct services and it was demoed live at the Microsoft exhibit booth at the large theater. It was a major hit with the large audiences there. That was how I found out all about the cool things on the Garmin nuvi 680.

Lets see what new and exciting GPS devices are going to be announced this year. I will be there again the first week of January. Every GPS manufacturer will be there.

I'm not sure you will understand all the differences without seeing each unit and/or talking to someone that has already done the comparison. From the Garmin website, it appears that the 670 does not have MSN Direct and the other two do; the 760 is the only one that autosorts multiple destinations; the 670 has transatlantic maps; and the 760 has a shorter battery life.

You best bet is to decide which features you want and then find which unit meets your needs.

The 760 has TMC traffic rather than MSN.

My comment was in reference to the post that said that the 670 does not have MSN traffic, but the other two do.

I just wanted to help clear up that the 680 includes MSN traffic and the 760 includes TMC traffic. You are correct that they are both compatible with either where the 670 is not.

What is the point of having that feature if it does not show up on the map?
I think it is only when you check the satellite icon it may show up.
