zip codes

I have a spread sheet with 5 columns. they are Long, Lat, City, State, and Zip code.
Is there a way to merge the last 3 columns into one so that when I search on my c340 If I dont know any one of the 3 I can still find it?
Not sure if Im clear but Ill try to explain.
If I set the columns with the zip code as the 3rd column and the City as the 4th I can only search by zipcode after it finds the zip code it shows the city. If I only know the city and search for it it says there is no match found. If I change the order of the columns and put the City as the 3rd and the zip code as the 4th the opposite happens. Short of rewriting the whole sheet is there a way to fix it so no mater what I search for it will find it?
Did I explain that well enough?

figured it out

Well my niece spent most of the day working on it but she figured out how to combine the columns the way I needed without having to rewrite the whole spreadsheet. Now with the list I am able to search for either the zip code or the city or state and it will find it.
Anyone interested in the file I could post it on the site if anyone wants it

you can use "concatenate"

you can use "concatenate" function to achieve what you are talking about.

I assume you're aware of a zip code POI file at:

Thanks for the reply

When I searched for zip codes I didnt see any thing directing me to that POI file. your reply came a little to late to save my niece the time of trying over and over to get the format right. But I guess thats half the fun of trying, you hope to get the right answer eventually. Thanks again.

This may help ...

This may help in the future. The best way I've found to search for specific POI files is go to:
http://www.poi-factory.com/poifiles/alpha

If you're running Windows, while viewing the above link, you can hold the CTRL key down and push the F key. A Find window will pop up. Type in a word/s in the file you want, click on Find Next, and it will find every occurance on that page.
