I found a huge KMART which is pretty new but it does not show up in my Garmin search for shopping.
How do you report this to Garmin or whomever?

You can use the Map Reporter tool on Navteq's website.

Keep in mind that it can take several years for POI locations to make it into the database.
In the meantime, you can load it as a Custom POI or simply save the location as a Favorite on your unit.
