Does anybody out there have the nuvi 670? I am thinking of getting one, but would like the opinions of others that have used one or have compared it to other units.

I have had mine for about 8 months and love it. My son fell in love with it so much that I had to buy a 496 and it's the bomb

Did I miss something relating to a Nuvi 670?

You own a Nuvi 670, and your son loved it so much you had to buy a 496 and it's the bomb? What the heck is a 496 and who makes it?

I don't know what 496 is, but whatever it is you obviously have your priority screwed up wink
If you son fell in love with your unit, you should have told him to get one himself.

A 496 is GPSr for aircraft

Not sure how you can compare an aircraft vs an auto GPSr, perhaps he just got excited about GPS in itself.

I have a 660 and a 670

I have a 660 and a 670. The only reason I got the 670 was I needed another GPS and my supplier was out of the 660's. I believe the only difference is that the 670 includes Europe maps and that’s it. I like them both the same so unless you need the additional maps I would say save the money and get the 660. That’s what I think:)) You may also want to look at the 680 with MSN.

660 for $595 680 for $695 at buy.com
