What happened?

I have had my nuvi 350 for about 6 months. Yesterday after changing the the car on the display I shut it off. Later in the day when I turned it back on all the pre loaded (from the factory)
destinations are gone. When I try to find a location such as shopping, parking or even hospitals it says "No matches found" I have tried resetting the unit via the reset button on the back but that has not helped. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate them.

It sounds like your maps got deselected. Go to your Settings, select Map and then select Map Info and check to be sure that the check box next to City Navigator is checked.
