Trouble recognizing POI files with MAC

Just got Garmin 350. Registered, etc. POI Loader is installed on my MAC. I am having trouble getting my MAC to recognize the POI files. When synced I see the files I have downloaded but they are "greyed" out like they are not recognized as acceptable file formats. I have tried a few different ones but no luck. Any suggestions?

First of all POI Loader is

First of all POI Loader is buggy, but to do what you want to do, you have to choose the FOLDER, not the files themselves.

So put your files, say "starbucks.csv" and "starbucks.bmp" into a folder called "mypois".

Then choose the folder mypois with POI Loader. It will appear to hang and do nothing, but it will load!

BTW - MacGarminTools is much, much better and clearer. I'm still trying to figure out Proximity Alarms with it though! smile

Thanks for the help. I stumbled across picking the folder and it worked. I will give MacGarmin a try.
