The last file that was available was D3060380A does anyone know if this has been updated? I use this file in my 765T.

JCV file.
I think the JCV file you reference was for the CN NA 2023.10 map version. On a nuvi 765T, if you have updated to the latest 2023.20 CN NA map, you should have received two JCV files with the map update. See this post: http://www.poi-factory.com/node/52370.
Note that the JCV file must match the map version. In other words, you can't use an older version JCV file with a newer map version.
