Recipe
Happy March! Last night I made decent instant mashed potatoes. I got the recipe online and it went something like this:
1. 2 cups instant potatoes
2. 2 cups water
3. 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
4. 3/4 cups milk
Combine the garlic salt with the instant potatoes in a bowl. Boil the water. Remove pan from heat. Add the instant potato mixture and stir. Then add in the milk and stir. I added about 1/4 cup of Mexican shredded cheese.
I needed something quick as I work during the day. This worked out nicely.

Visited family in PA on the way a gas station price for regular was 3.85 on the way back it was 3.95 I ended up at Costco 3.65 long lines though.

Wife asked what I was going to do today, I said cut the lawn, she said but the lawn is covered with snow I said that's the nice thing about being retired I am never held to do what I say.
I am 3 1/2 hrs into the 16 hrs getting ready for bed.
