Good health for my large extended family.

The pandemic has already taken two and two more are quite ill.

Looking forward to a better 2022.

Actually, just a healthier year in oh so many ways!

Desire for the new year? To keep on keepin' on. Evading mortality is at the top of the list.

After injuring my knee in October last year, my doctor advised me to lose 40lbs and wait until at least January before I start running again. I'm looking forward to better health and fitness.

Don't wait until you're 50 to start being healthy folks. It just gets harder and harder as the years go by.

Healthy, wealthy, and wise ... as the saying goes.

I'm 63 years old, close to retirement, and since I never thought I live this long, the above three things seem nearly impossible to obtain.

My desire for the new year is this: That we start being more civil to each other, that we start to listen to other people's opinions (we just may learn something), and that we make this world a better place for our children and grandchildren.

I want to not hurt. It's been soooooooooooooooooooooooo very long. I'm tired of always being in pain.

My wish and prayer is that I have at least one more Year (and more) with my dear husband. I have learned to enjoy every second of each day, one day at a time.

I'm healing from breaking a kneecap in a ladder fall concrete on November 4. After eight weeks being confined to using a full-length brace to immobilize the knee, and a walker to avoid falls, it is time for me gradually to start using the leg to regain range of motion and general mobility.

Goodluck with your recovery, just take it one day at a time.

Is that this whole Covid nightmare comes to an end and we can return to our previous lifestyles.

Enjoy my first full year of retirement.

I'll take these any year...

I'll take a year without any loved ones or friends dying. I've lost more than a few to natural causes and Covid over the last year and a half.

We want to maintain and increase our health. In addition, we want to keep a happy environment and be thankful for our many blessings. You cannot put a price on your health and being both happy and thankful increases the positive aspects of your psyche.

Sorry to hear about your fall. Falls at our age can be bad. I was more fortunate than you as I fell down our stairs with only a strained toe. I am old but my bones are strong.
Get better soon and enjoy walking again.
