Anything to keep your windmill alive.

Please keep comments polite.

Took a quick trip to Orlando and back to Northern KY. Four full days of driving. Lots of construction and heavy traffic. No fun, but had to attend a memorial service for a sister-in-law.

garmin hero

My favourite garmin hero was the guy who made garmin connectors in his basement and sold by donation. I had heard he had passed away. What an interesting guy. I think he was in Oregon, and something about purple or phranc come to mind.

Our 1st family outing

We celebrated our son's 50th birthday at our home this weekend. Our 1st gettogether with our family. We only celebrate adult birthdays on the 0 birthday and try to do something different. Because of covid we didn't want to go anywhere so we just ate and the kids played outside, but we were together.
Our son and daughter along with their (unvacinated)(some have had covid several months ago) families were here.
My husband and I wore mask at all times except for eating.
For eating I set 2 tables up in the dining room for them, one for each family. My husband and I ate in the kitchen on the island. It was a little stressful but wonderful to have them all here.
My husband's clinical trial treatment is killing some of the cancer and there has been no new cancer found. He is feeling better, still tired but able to do light chores outside and around the house. He still has several trips to Houston for testing. The Nuclear Alphamedix keeps working. They are testing to know how long it works and how much more cancer it will kill. The Alpha particles kill 2 strings of the cancer cell and prevent them from returning. Our Hopes are high smile

Have been visiting family and friends

With the rise in Covid cases, it is beginning to look like outings will soon be back to wallking around the neighborhood and picking up groceries at Kroger or Walmart.
