DriveSmart 65 randomly starts on its own after last update

Anyone else notice this? My DriveSmart 65 used to start up on its own in the middle of a longer trip every now and then, but now with the latest update, it starts up on its own even on very short trips. This is now happening every day, instead of every few months.
Because my 12V power source is not switched with the ignition, I have even gotten into the vehicle and found it has powered up on its own overnight.

Weird behaviour like this is often cured with a master reset.
