In danger of losing your windmill?
Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).
Anything to keep your windmill alive.
This thread will be closed on the last day of the month and a new one will be opened.
Well, it is still January here in IA (for another 50 minutes or so), so going to bed is my next trip … no GPS needed for that. But I am glad to see Globe Turtle is ahead of the game . Happy February everyone. Spring is getting closer!
The adults in our Scout Troop are working on a portion of the snowshoes they are making.
Work all week
...Sneads Ferry, NC in November. We drove to Roanoke and then on down to his new palatial estate. Traffic around Raleigh-Durham is atrocious. I used Waze on the way down and found it to be adequate. It didn’t use a lot of data and gave decent directions . On the way back home, I found out that I could use the nav system in my car and also have Waze running and telling me about hazards on the road, police, etc. Kinda neat having two systems going at once.
Built in navigation system
Happy Sunday to all.
"The Lady" (Android Navigon app) performed flawlessly routing us to all of our destinations (hotels, restaurants, stores, churches, beaches, etc).
Trip to Michigan.
Have a good day!
Actually won a few bucks!
Enjoying the 40-50s winter weather.
Hey Angela thanks for the windmill!
The last trip with the GPS was to the Asheville, NC area (with a side trip to Mt. Airy to pick up my wife's mother) a few months ago when my wife's niece got married. Today we got a "save the day" card - my niece is getting married in... Asheville (with a side trip to Marion, NC to pick up my mother). Deja vu all over again.
Took a trip up to Crossville, tn to surprise a friend that I have not seen since high school that recently moved back here.
was only a short trip 75 miles each way but had a good time and the look on his face was priceless.
doing our best to avoid going to town since they are re-doing several bridge interchanges inside of the 'burbs.
All the snow is gone again hopefully, we see no more down here but in the mountains. Still some very high streams and waterways.
I'm not as active.
From Ferris Groves, fresh orange juice, oranges, strawberries, and blue berries plus strawberry pie.
Work all week and PT
North Carolina. Very friendly folks relative to Phila.
But at the same time, there's no place like home. It would be nice to be able to stay in the area, countless hours are wasted every trip flying on airlines. As the saying goes, I'm too old for this ****! lol
Get outta the cold!
Wis ....cheese land

Still going nowhere.
Just staying alive

Have to drive up to Wiconisco, PA. My aunt passed and I'm attending the funeral Friday. Already have my Garmin set up.
As much as my wife makes fun of me for using phone navigator to get home, it saved me from an extra 30 minute traffic jam yesterday.
King Of Prussia Mall and Parx Casino
Day drip only!
pick up a UPS package from their service center. Back way. Through the snow. During peak traffic because they reduced the customer service hours.
