In danger of losing your windmill?
Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).
Anything to keep your windmill alive.

Well, it is still January here in IA (for another 50 minutes or so), so going to bed is my next trip … no GPS needed for that. But I am glad to see Globe Turtle is ahead of the game

My brother moved from Ohio to....
...Sneads Ferry, NC in November. We drove to Roanoke and then on down to his new palatial estate. Traffic around Raleigh-Durham is atrocious. I used Waze on the way down and found it to be adequate. It didn’t use a lot of data and gave decent directions . On the way back home, I found out that I could use the nav system in my car and also have Waze running and telling me about hazards on the road, police, etc. Kinda neat having two systems going at once.

The last trip with the GPS was to the Asheville, NC area (with a side trip to Mt. Airy to pick up my wife's mother) a few months ago when my wife's niece got married. Today we got a "save the day" card - my niece is getting married in... Asheville (with a side trip to Marion, NC to pick up my mother). Deja vu all over again.

Took a trip up to Crossville, tn to surprise a friend that I have not seen since high school that recently moved back here.
