They are back
I just looked and Galileo sats are back.
Well, that explains this ...
I use my DS61 at work every day. Once in a while when booting it up I look at the satellite screen to see how many are hooked in. Once in a while one of the bar graph images will be hollowed out. A couple days ago all of the Galileo were hollow and flashing as can be seen here:
