After updating my bluetooth software on the Web Updater my phone book won't load back into my GPS........any ideas anybody????..............Dave

I'm not sure but you might try deleting the 680 from your cell phone and try pairing it again.

Yep, I already tried that and also tried resetting the GPS..........not sure how to undo the last update though..................Dave
Did you let the 680 find the phone to pair
Or did you let the phone find the 680? Try doing the opposite of whatever it is you did...I generally have better luck when I let my 680 find the phone.
