POI Factory Password

I regularly receive an incorrect password message when logging in after being away for 4-5 days. It is easily corrected with the forgotten PW link to my email but takes a couple more steps.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Not in my 10+ years here. Every once in a great while, like maybe after a MS upgrade(?), instead of going directly into the factory, I'll be presented with the logon screen. Buy my userid and pw are already filled in so I'm good to go.

Username instead of Email Address

I checked the logs, and it looks like you've been trying to login with your email address rather than your username (cassel).

If you're still having troubles, let me know and I'm happy to help.

Will test next time logged out

I'll try to recreate my login to check on what is happening. Chrome or Lastpass maybe causing problems.
Thanks

Nope

Nope. No problem in 10 years.

I too have it sometimes

I do know for sure that if I use CCleaner I have to log in to any forum websites again. But it does happen sometimes for no explainable reason.

But the secret to problem-less logging in is to use the FIREFOX browser. Every ID and PW is saved so you don't have to scramble looking for your ID and PW.
