Hi all, Looks like IOS 11.2 broke Bluetooth on Nuvicam. I have not tested it on my 3597 yet. I upgraded my iphone to IOS 11.2 over the weekend and after that I lost Bluetooth connectivity with the Nuvi.
I reset Bluetooth on Nuvicam and on Iphone but still IOS service is not connecting with Smartlink app anymore.
Now I am using work iphone which is still on IOS 11.1.2 and it is connecting without issues.
Try turning the iPhone of

Try
to remove/delete what you are trying to connect to and shut down. Then restart and see if it finds your connect point.

On the other hand
11.2 fixed my inability for the iPhone to stay connected to Ford Sync for longer than 2 minutes.

Try rebooting the phone. Press and hold the Power Off button until the Apple Logo appears. Also, reboot the Nuvi. Hold the power button down until the Loading Maps appears. To my knowledge, nothing in the Bluetooth software was changed.
That said, iPhone has a running problem with the SmartLink reconnecting to the 3597.

Actually, 3597 has got lot more stable Bluetooth connection than NuviCam. It has always been some issue or the other with Nuicam's Bluetooth connectivity.
Let me make myself bit more clear. I can pair iphone and Nuvicam without issues but the issue is Bluetooth (BLE - Bluetooth Low Voltage) is broken. They use BLE to transfer data from Smartlink App to Nuvi fro Traffic, weather etc. So it is BLE which is broken now. BLE runs with the name of IOS Service.
I have reboot my iphone and Nuvicam several time and even re-paired them few time but no luck.
I will appreciate feedback from fellow Nuvicam owner who has iphone with 11.2.

BLE with iOS 11.2
FWIW Smartphone Link on my 11.2 iPhone pairs most times with my DriveAssist 50. 11.2 seems a bit glitchier than 11.1.2

Thank you, I'm so reluctant to upgrade my iPhone from iOS 10.
iOS 9.3.5 for me...

I'm still on iOS 9.3.5 on my 5s...not risking breaking something. Everything is working fine and dandy as it is. I used to be the first one to jump on an update...no more.
