Dezl 760LM

I have a new Dezl 760LM and will not take the SD card with a GPI file on it. Any suggestions will help thanks

POI on SD.

Have you made sure the card is formatted FAT32 and not NTSF or some other format? Is the .gpi file in folder /POI? Does the device accept the .gpi file if you put it in folder /POI on the device internal storage? Where are you looking on the device for the custom POI's, as Garmin has changed that from older devices? Look under Categories (scroll down to Custom POI's).

poi on SD

thanks if I use the computer it will take the poi file but not the sd card,so I must be doing something wrong. have been using the same sd card to update the other Garmins and it works fine. Also I don't think the unit done not see the card one this unit or about 6 other drivers units
