Base Camp Update Problem

So I D/L and when the Software Installs, it stops around at 50% and dose not move. I exited out after 3hours and I tried again a few days later and it did the same thing, this time I let it sit overnight and it was still at 50%. So what gives?

My Computer has a Intel i7-3370 3.4Ghz processor, 8Gigs of Muskin DDR3 Ram Running at 1600MHz FSB and Win7 64 Bit, so my rig is not slow by any means..............
