RLC incident

Yesterday I received a RLC infraction notice. The incident is time stamped at 5:27PM on 20 Apr 2016.
Incidentially, I save all my tracks on a weekly basis. On reviewing that date, it shows I was at that intersection at 5:07 PM. Think I have a case?

look at the video/or picture
On the ticket that you received in the mail it show a web site that you can go, enter the ticket number also a pin number that is included on the ticket,it will show the video or the picture when the red light took the image or the video and you will see what ever was your car or not. I will not go with the time that is showing on your gps.
How much is the ticket, what are your local laws?
If your local laws do not jack up cost if you fight it and you have the time, I would as GPS time should be more accurate the their RLC. Most Judges would throw it out as the Cam clock was off, Address, name misspelling all make citations in valid. If it don't cost more to fight it, I would give it a try.

If the video shows the car is there and went through a red light, the incorrect clock won't make any difference.

Our PM and Premier will give no breaks for the citizens, only if you are news worthy PR would you have a case. they need your money!
