WARNING APPLE IS PULLING THE PLUG ON IOS 9.3

Few day ago Apple released a new update ios 9.3 -the update will fail on all I phone 5s-i pad and belows-Do not update if you try you will get the messages that the installation verification fail cause you are not connected to the internet even if you are-same it go if you use wi-fi- Your phone it maybe in a state that you will not be able to use it all.
Apple if working to resolve the problem.

Just found out today
As most of you know the new IOS 9.3 added a feature call NIGHTSHIFT. When I did the first update (13237) this nightshift feature did not show up on the phone when you turn your phone On and you scroll up from the buttom up of the screen supposed show 5 icon. the new icon supposed look like a round moon,half side bright and half side dark..Well On my phone it only show 4 icon instead of 5..I update to the latest version of 9.3.1.(13238) and still did not show up the icon.
So i called Apple support again and I was told that the NIGHTSHIFT,is not avaiable on the Iphone 5 and 5c.
Is avaiable only on the 5s-6 and above.
Good to know that 13E238 is what everyone should be looking for
Update OTA via wifi or connect to iTunes... aka do the usual thing... new build number is 12E238
My software update is 9.3.1 (13E238) for an iPad. Maybe there is a difference in software based on the device.
My post above was in error - 13E238 is the build I have on my iPhone and iPad...
No problem. Good to know that 13E238 is what everyone should be looking to have on their device...at least for now.

Night Shift Compatibility

installed fine for me
Installed on ipad 2 with no issues.Delete your 9.3 that is automatically on your device to update.Then do update with the new 9.3 update,worked for me!
