Express I95 in Virginia

Just back in Brooklyn from a great week at North Myrtle Beach.
Anybody else confused with the new Virginia EZPass I95 Express reversible lanes with dynamic pricing? Saved us a lot of traffic headaches, coming and going. But when the express lanes end, be careful not to continue driving in the HOV lanes with less than 3 occupants.

I saw them a couple of months ago and reported them to the keep of the "Tolls" POI file (which they are now in). I did not get to use them because I was traveling in the "wrong" direction both leaving and going to DC.

The signage is good, but can still be confusing due to changing rules at the Alexandria border and rapidly changing pricing at rush hour.
Read the signs carefully.
