Combination of baxter's nerve entrapment and plantar fasciitis. He gave me cortisone shots in 2 places. Pain is greatly reduced today. But this is only a temporary solution. I see him next week to report how effective the shots were and discuss what's next.

Tomorrow will be the real test - lawn mowing. Mowing once a week for the past 4 weeks has been a killer. I spend the next 2 days not walking and ice on the bare foot is the only thing that helped.

Just returned from a 2 week TAUCK riverboat cruise taking me from Budapest to Amsterdam. Treated like a king all the way and NO tipping!!!

Done, but my foot was killing me after about 5 hours of walking. Stabbing pain! Spent the rest of the day on ice.

Just got back from Summer camp with the scouts
