POI Factory Search Question

Has anyone figured out a way to sort the results of a POI Factory search?

Search results aren’t listed alphabetically or by date. What algorithms are used to determine the order?

I’m sure this question has been asked before but when searching the topic, the answer (if any) is buried in 40 to 100+ pages of results depending on how I word the search.

Simply sorting the results by post date would be a big help IMO.

POI Factory search

The search function in this forum software is very basic and one of the weaker aspects. I don't think there is any way to sort the results, no way to list posts instead of threads, no way to select a specific poster, etc.

Good Feature to Have Though

Thanks for your input Alan. I wasn't sure if I was missing something here.

Basic as it is, the search function is still a valuable tool to have on the site.

Results Order

For general search the results order is weighted according to the following factors:

#1 - Keyword Relevance
#2 - Recently Posted & Number of Views
#3 - Number of Comments

For POI File search, the results order is weighted by download popularity.
