Looking For Twin USB/DC Socket Adapter

I am looking for help finding a suitable adapter for my vehicle. I have used one of these http://tinyurl.com/qd3efdm in the past, but the weak point seems to be the swivel. I am currently using this http://tinyurl.com/p66lsqq but I need two 12 volt DC outlets. I like the TomTom version because it doesn't have the swivel head. I have looked at this http://tinyurl.com/ncs678m and this http://tinyurl.com/kt54qyl but both have the swivel head.

Does anybody happen to know if this http://tinyurl.com/p3l7bqd has the swivel head? If anybody else knows of any other good quality adapters with at least two 12 volt outlets and at least one USB port, please let me know.

First place is always online. Second place would be an auto parts store followed by Rat Shack or another electronics dealer selling pieces parts.

Household..

This is not directly on-topic but I installed a couple of these duplex 115v outlets with two USB charging ports in my kitchen and office and I love them.
You can have 2 appliances plugged in at the same time as 2 USB cords.

I have had the same thing for several years. I like that the plug is small and the big socket end is on a cord so that part can be placed out of the way of the rest of your dash controls, gearshift, etc.
