Cleveland adds cameras, with court case looming

Nearly every Ohio city has entered a brief to the OhSUpremeCt favoring the red light cameras. I certainly wonder if there can be a fair hearing...Ohio Supreme Ct Justices are elected officials, they need a Dem or Rep party endorsement each time they stand for election (NOT life terms).
Any coincidence that those same parties endorse the mayors and city councils that have filed the briefs for the RLC's?

I was good friends with the former Chief, and on good terms with Justice O'Donnell, and I think they decide on the merits, but we are all human and do have biases and self-interest, no matter how intellectual we think we are.

Whaoooo they are starting to get serious in Ohio too now..as I can see they add it up 7 more Speed Camera..But Thanks to GlobeTurtle she add them to the POI database..

Cleveland would, use stationary cameras everywhere. I'm seeing more and more pull and leave cameras that just pop up take pictures then move, sometimes in the same day.

Cause of those new recently speed camera that they are mounted on unmarked police car and they move them from different location all the time.
keep in mind before they can take your picture they must read your speed,and they are no different then a police officer pointing a radar/laser detector on you. So I raccomend getting one.. I only got 1 speeding ticket and it was done by chopper in the air while traveling in the Highway. They timed me on crossing the white line and how long it took me to pass the next one.

Purchase a Radar/Laser detector they are cheap even auto zone sale them. Does not mean that you must speed cause you have one. But I consider a piece of mind,and it give me planty of warning ahead of time.

I always use it.Never leave home with out.
