Reinstalling maps

In a previous post i had lost all my maps in my computer and my Basecamp and mapsource had no 2014 maps. I contacted Garmin and they sent this reply.Thank you for contacting Garmin International.
Please use the following instructions to install the City Navigator maps to your computer.
1. Run Garmin Express
2. On the Updates are Available page, click Reinstall Map
3. Click Advanced Options
4. Select Computer Only below "Where would you like to install Full Coverage of North America today?"
5. Click Install Now

Updates included?
Please confirm that it did install updated maps, not the original ones. Did you get the latest maps or only the most recent you were entitled to (assuming you didn't have lifetime coverage).
Reinstalling maps.
No just the last updated map that you had installed in the GPS,still better than none.

If you have Lifetime or buy OneTime map update it will install latest map version. Otherwise you will get latest version that you paid for. I'm not using Express but MapUpdater shows which version you can install.
