Now We Have Stop Sign Cameras!

The most important comment on this thread didn't have any messages as follow-up. Indeed, either this needs to have a new POI file or be incorporated into the redlight camera file.

Stop Sign Camera's are included in the Red Light Camera file. We have been noting in the short description that shows on your GPS that it is a stop sign camera.

I think most folk are somewhere in-between obsessive obeyers of the law and anarchists, huh? I am. I usually drive 10% above the posted speed limit, drive through yellow lights, and if I can see no one is coming, I don't have the car "rest" after coming to a stop at a stop sign. Last ticket I got was 20 years ago, last accident was 40 years ago (and it was a fender-bender).

Amazing how inventive government can be when it come to generating money from its citizens!

Since I am probably one of the last drivers who comes to a COMPLETE stop at a stop sign and a COMPLETE stop at a traffic light before making a right turn, I have no problem with those rolling stop runners getting fined!!!

Big Brother is on the job. You can expect more devices to keep an eye on you, and help clean up your pockets.

I don't, cams can be fudged by the supplying contractor, as long as the local gov gets their cut/revenue most will not question the calibration!

Actually, one doesn't have to be stupid to blow a stop light or sign as there are several safety/medical or legal reasons for doing so.
