Inaccurate POI's in Navigator NT v8

Just got the Nuvi 350 and I find it odd that in the built-in POIs, some places I go to are not listed in it. For example, was looking for In & Out Burgers around the immediate area. There are two nearby but it only listed one.
I guess I could blame the map as being old, but the place that was on the list was fairly new (about 3-4 yrs old), while the one that's omitted has been at the same place for the last 10+ years. A Public Library nearby which has been rebuilt from the ground up since 1999 is also missing from the POI. Weird...
