...not that I'm complaining about refurbs. My original Garmin 50LM froze up on the boot screen and Garmin replaced it under warranty w/a refurb and so far it's worked flawlessly.
I have bought a couple of Garmin refurbished products in the past, and would have no hesitation buying them again if the price is right. They are always like new in appearance. The key is to make certain the item is refurbished by Garmin, and not a third party service.
