Magenta stripe hides almost the entire POI icons

In the Destination mode, there's a magenta stripe and an orange stripe to the left of it. The magenta stripe hides almost the entire POI icons such that it's quite difficult to make out what they are, however the POI icons appear above the orange stripe which is fantastic. Why didn't Garmin place the POI icons just to the right of the magenta bar? Is there a POI Factory fix to this? Thanks.

Older units such as my 200W

Older units such as my 200W didn't have the built-in POIs displayed on the screen while navigating so this behavior wasn't much of an issue. Now it's an issue for you and a few other people. Garmin won't fix it however since it would require an extensive rewrite of the firmware to have the route be drawn below the icons.

There is no POI Factory fix for this.

But, there is a Rocky Horror fix for Magenta. It's just a jump to the left . . .

It is a bummer that there is no fix for this. I was noticing the same issue on my 1390 the other night while out driving. It is a little annoying.

It's Astounding

Say, do any of you guys know how to Madison?

The Madison really is a fun line and/or partner dance! And easier than the Time Warp. http://tinyurl.com/3l3vczj (Time Warp Dance starts about a minute and a half into video.)

But still, it's no solution for the unexcogitable magenta issue.
