Bullied grandmother on school bus

My only comment is that the town may not want or need any outsiders to interfere in any way.

Where was the driver of this bus? They had to know this was going on... they should have pulled the bus over, and had school administrators come and remove the perps from the bus - on the spot. And the school board should initiate expulsion proceedings. There is no excuse for allowing such behavior.

Simply pray for the families concerned and do all that you can to raise those youth around you to respect others and honor God.
True justice will prevail; Maybe not in the way we deem it to be, but it will prevail!
Just think how you would want someone else to respond if it were your grandkids involved.

Grandma is a very forgiving soul. Does not want criminal charges or expulsion. She wants to meet with the kids. Many of them have sent apologies to her.

I saw on the news that one of the kid's cell phones has received over 1000 text messages, many of them threats. I think these kids have gotten the message that that their behavior was unacceptable.

I would administer some Singapore style justice to these little bastards with a bambo cain.15 lashes is something they will remember until the day they die.
And probably change their attitude towards others in a positive way.

I agree with 99% of your post. The only thing I would do different instead of expelling them which they would probably like, I would ban them from riding the school bus for a year. Let them walk or let the parents haul them back and forth, it might open their eyes as to what creeps they have for kids.
