Want to give it a test run
I got the kiosk for zipcode 23454. I would like to download and see if it works. I don't know how many are where they say they are.. I used epe and gocached (spelling) the addresses.

What type of a test are you looking for?
You can test yourself by adding what you have as a poi to your gps and then simulating a route.
Nuvi 2460LMT.

I wanted other people to load it up (or look at it) to see if they notice any descrepancies before it is published. I think it should be correct. I got the addresses from the website and used the epe program to get the long/lat.
