Chit Chat Thread for the week of December 19th, 2011

I've been looking to get back into a house this fall/winter. Found a couple of bank owned places that would have worked, but each time my offer was passed over in favor of a cash investor offering less but who could close without going through the loan process.

Another place was a short sale that turned out to have mold issues, so that fell through too.

So hopefully something will work out soon
