i have a 3790t and when im driving along i get an alert that pops up of something no where near me .....example sometimes when im coming up on a rest area say in texas...i get the little popup that has somthing else in a different state..or somethimes ill be driving along and a pop up comes up of again something no where near me sometimes 1000miles away ........any ideas

Did you put your POIs under EXTRAS or did you use EPE and place them at the same menu level as FAVORITES? I had this same problem on my zumo 660 when I put the on the same level as FAVORITES. I documented this to TurboCCC a while back and I beleive there was another poster who confirmed the same results. I placed them back under EXTRAS and the problem went away.

The ones that pop up are locations I have saved to my favorite folder... none of the coustom pois in my extra folder do this
Had that Happen
I have had that happen on my 660 a few times. It is usually a place in the poi't that came with the gps. I had a dairy queen beep in Grand Junction Co and never could find it.
