Windmill And POI Files

One thing that I noticed used to happen is when I updated my POI file(s) and did not have my Windmill it would be back the following day after I posted a file - I noticed that this has not happened since Miss POI left. Did something change, as it was a good incentive to update POI files when the posting is down. This was nice because I travel more for my job and do not get a chance to post as much as I used to.
