Where are the people complaining about BigBrother now?
Some were complaining about insurance company devices tracking people down,I bet they wouldn't if their car were stolen and recover with the help of those same devices...

A key difference for me is that the service was used at the request or with the permission of the victims and for their benefit.
I would have no issue with those wanting to install an insurance company tracking device at their own request for what they perceive to be a possible benefit (lower rates, for example). I would question their judgment.
I would take strong issue if a policyholder is required to use a tracking device against his or her will primarily for the insurance company's benefit.
While an insurance company could have a right to demand this of its policyholders, I would hope they would never do so. I am sure that I would seek coverage elsewhere.

Justice Has Been Served
This is better than watching Law & Order. They should convict him and throw away the key. Let's hear it for GPS.
