Wow

Never thought I'd see this Cedar Rapids is making a fortune on these things. A Republican from the Des Moines area's kid gets a ticket and he goes to work on a new law. It really didn't matter what the people were saying against them but let his kid get a ticket and change comes. As a resident of Eastern IA (Dubuque), I doubt the change will occur. CR is making to much money. This is why we don't go to CR much anymore.

I wonder what were Zaun & Kettering's true motives

They probably can talked their way out of a ticket from a police officer, but not from a cold camera. Or, they might be afraid one day one of these cameras will take a picture of their cars with someone inappropriate in the car.
