Why do not see poi or gpx files in the browse box POI loader?

They are grayed-out

Welcome to the site, viper209! When you browse to the folder containing the POI files, you do not see them inside. They are grayed-out. POI Loader still gets all the POI files in the folder. See the FAQ -

Extras/Custom POIs

They are in "Where To" "Extras" "Custom POIs" on my nuvi 760. I don't know the 1450 - does someone know the menus on the 1450?
