1490T Lost Jack's voice

After I updated all programs and map in my Garmin 1490T I lost the American English-Jack Voice in my GPS, now it only showed American English and American English-Jill. Does anyone have any idea how to get back Jack's voice? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Run webupdater and go to the

Run webupdater and go to the second page for more updates.Should be able to put check mark in voice for Jack and re-load to gps.

Yes, that is the way to go.

I also delete languages that I don't use so I have more space for something else. When I need them back I just go to web updater to restore all the languages or pick the one I want.
