Nice, but a tad pricey for me

$449 before adding on maps also if I read it right. I just got a forerunner 305 which I use for running and cycling... less than $150...

Ah, but for those of us who only cycle, this sounds very interesting!

I currently have an Edge 305 which has worked great for over 2 years. I have had an occasional power loss due to the battery contact issue, but haven't broken the case yet to fix it.

The Edge 800 may be a better fix!
