how to simply down grade your firmware version

this is a simple way to down grade your firmware version. in the event you have trouble with the new version, i conducted the experiment on nuvi>255>1490T several times whit no issue's.( 1 create a folder on your computer) name the folder what ever you want ( 2 connect your nuvi to your PC ) ( 3 go to your garmin folder look for a file call XML COPY AND PASTE ONLY,to your new folder. this is only to be follow if your are having trouble with your new firmware version . now if your having trouble with your new firmware ( 1 connect your nuvi to your PC ( 2 look for the folder that contain your XML file ( 3 replace the file with the one you have save (COPY AND PASTE ONLY) I WILL NO BE FORCE ANY MORE TO UPGRADE this process must be follow before the upgrade takes place
