How to re-install FM traffic firmware

Hi everyone,
On the Nuvi 1350T, does anyone know how to re-install the FM traffic firmware? When I run webupdater it does not show the option to install the traffic firmware.
There is something strange going on with my unit functioning with the FM traffic. From the list of avoidances, I have Traffic unchecked, but every time when there is traffic even though it is small delay for about 12 minutes, the unit says "Severe Traffic Ahead Recalculating" I noticed that it does not actually do the recalculating. The traffic icon then turn green for about 1 second then go back to red, and showing the same route.
I just want to re-install the FM firmware to see if it helps because there might be some problem when I update the traffic firmware last time.

The best bet is to contact Garmin about re-installing the FM Traffic firmware if needed.If you don't have the avoid traffic avoidance with check mark in it.The route will not change.Even checked if alternate route is not available it will not change the route.The way you have it set up now by not being checked you have to manually select avoid traffic.
