poi loader no .gpi extension

havent loaded pois to garmin for a while
downloaded latest poi loader (using win 7 )
installed and ran program ( i had just downloaded some motel chain pois for road trip in march )and tried to load to my 255w .
i see the motel chain in extras as a poi
when the poi opens no address after each one
opening up garmin on computer (no gpi file extension )and i dont see the motel chain in this case best western

If you are looking at the files stored on the Garmin, all you will see is a POI.GPI file.

I have the Best Western file on my unit and have no problems with it not showing addresses. I converted it to a GPX, but the CSV had addresses.

i just did the country inn and it worked fine . im going to do another and see what happens.

just did the eating places diners/driveinns. it worked fine too.maybe i should clarify about the best western. garmin didnt show distance ?

it finally worked . its showing correctly on the garmin now. ( 3 tries)
