FM Traffice for Nuvi 285WT

I bought the 285WT and it has 3 months of trial MSN. However, does anyone know how to get/activate FM traffic on the unit?

Cable

Shouldn't have come pre-packaged with the cable? The cable that came in the box seem to be two cables in one?

Power cable

The traffic receiver is part of the 12 V power cable (cigarette lighter plug). MSN Direct ues a different receiver than FM traffic (Navteq or Clear Channel), so you need a different cable.
