The Best Christmas Ever!
We have a career Marine grandson who just returned from Afghanistan and was finally able to spend Christmas with the family on a well deserved leave. For us it was the best Christmas ever. He had previously done 2 tours of duty in Iraq, and has definitely seen his share of action. He and his brother, another grandson, who is a career Navy Chief now going for Master Diver, along with other US military men and women are dedicating their lives to making it safe for us here at home and giving us the best gift of all – Our Freedom!
Stay Safe, Sane, Sober & Solvent!
Hope everyone has a safe and
Hope everyone has a safe and prosperous new year.

I had no idea what fun I was missing out on by not having a GPS unit! I love the new Garmin 255WT I got for Christmas. I was in a city that was new to me and never had any trouble finding places I wanted to go. Happy New Year everyone!

I'm having too much fun this week with my two grown sons visiting. Snowmobiling, skiing, and just hanging out with them is lots of fun. My wife and I are having a good time, but too bad the 6 grandchildren aren't with us!

Late again, but under 50 at 49
I had to drive all day yesterday to pick up another dog, a borzoi (may have spelled that wrong). Right to bed because it was late from snow delays.
