To date, 151 Canadian soldiers have given their lives in support of Canadian and American Freedom, in Afghanistan. They have been fighting primarily in the most dangerous Kandahar region, with the Americans and British.

Canada's Fallen Heroes are repatriated, with a ramp ceremony, at the Trenton Air Force Base and then driven along the Highway of Heroes to Toronto.

This section of the highway was renamed the "Highway of Heroes" in response to firefighters, police and the hundreds of ordinary Canadians, that stood atop the overpasses and at the side of the highway to salute their fallen heroes, whenever the Fallen Soldier and their families passed.

I would recommend a 30-40 meter proximity alert, when you load this file. That should ensure that you get the alert when you enter the highway.
