Me: I'm heading to the northeast, first to Boston to visit some friends, and then to NJ and CT to see my sisters. One of them was just diagnosed with cancer. It is thought to be the least aggressive type, and said not to have metastasized yet. So, I'm more thankful than ever.

We're staying home this year - My wives sister may come but more than likely will not and we will end up over some close friends. Next year I have a good chance of being relo'd back to OH and will end up with family.

Going to the Dunes
Every Thanksgiving the family and friends meet up at Dumont Dunes just below Death Valley. We stay there for a week, all bringing food of course. We smoke a turkey while we are there and ride our quads and sandrails in the large dune area.
