i have a nuvi 255w capable of receiving msn traffic & weather, if i purchase the receiver that plugs in to unit ,i was wondering if msn is good,and if there are any good web sites to purchase the receiver from.thanks for your help.

MSN

MSN is better than Navteq, but not perfect.

I bought mine on Ebay. Mine was bid+shipping which was about $78 total. If you watch you can get prices in the high seventies with buy it now and free shipping.

Check that the seller has a good rating.

Coverage

Just make sure you check out the coverage map to make sure you have a good signal in your area. (and realize your signal strength will be less that what it shows)
